customer is 100% satisfied with the products that we design
and manufacture. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied
with your Roost roof top tent you can return the product within 10 business days of original purchase
for a full refund of your money!

Refund Process:

1. Product must still be in its original new condition.
2. Contact our Customer Service Dept. at 478-216-7398 to provide the reason(s)
   why you wish to return the product.
3. Provide original Proof-of-Purchase
4. Provide email address to where return shipping documents can be emailed
   (return shipping is at our cost).
5. Once the returned product has been inspected to ensure it is in its original new condition,
   a full refund of the purchase amount will be credited to your Credit Card, PayPal
   account or check mailed.
